L’ÉLU – [leh·lou] – translates to ‘The Chosen One’ – simply put – ‘You Are Your Own Chosen One’ ~ serving as a gentle reminder to choose ourselves through this cycle of life – in which way resonates to us.

Where is L'ÉLU located?

L’ÉLU is based in Nairobi, Kenya. Our rituals are available through select partners across Nairobi, Watamu, and Lusaka, Zambia. We also offer express worldwide delivery with DHL. 

Are the formulations created/owned by L'ÉLU?

Yes, all formulations are exclusively created and owned by L’ÉLU. We proudly retain full rights to all our formulations.

Are your products clean?

Yes, all of our rituals are formulated with clean, safe ingredients. At L’ÉLU, we are committed to using high-quality, natural Ayurvedic botanicals, free from harmful chemicals and toxic additives. Our focus is on creating products that nurture both skin and hair, with integrity and care at every step.

Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?

We are proudly vegan and cruelty-free. Our products are not tested on animals, nor do we use any animal-derived ingredients.

Shipping & Returns

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide! We work with DHL to ensure your packages arrive safe to your doorstep.

How long will it take to process my order?

We aim to process, package and ship your order within 2-3 business days. However, during peak season, processing can take 4-5 business days.

Tracking numbers are automatically sent to your email as soon as your order is shipped.

How long will it take for my package to arrive once shipped?

Within Nairobi: Same Day Delivery for orders before 5pm.

Within Kenya: 1 Day

Worldwide: Depends on the country you order from, contact us for estimated arrival for your country.

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of our ingredients, we do not accept returns.
