While there are no clear and regulated definitions of the term “clean,” at L’ÉLU, we define our clean beauty philosophy as consciously developing high-performing products, that are safe for your skin and hair.

Shipping & Returns

Yes, we ship worldwide! We work with DHL to ensure your packages arrive safe to your doorstep.

We aim to process, package and ship your order within 2-3 business days. However, during peak season, processing can take 4-5 business days.

Tracking numbers are automatically sent to your email as soon as your order is shipped.

Within Nairobi: Same Day Delivery for orders before 5pm.

Within Kenya: 1 Day

Worldwide: Depends on the country you order from, contact us for estimated arrival for your country.

Due to the nature of our ingredients, we do not accept returns.
